Since the previous season of Big Brother Naija show tagged ‘Double Wahala’ ended in 2018, fans have been anticipating the epic season return this year.

After several months of teasing, Multichoice Nigeria, organisers of Big Brother Naija, on Saturday, announced that the 2019 edition will air this June.

According to Big Brother, the theme for the 2019 edition is ‘Forget Wahala’.

The organisers also added that this fourth season promises to be even bigger than previous editions.

”As the new season draws near, fans and viewers can get ready for the excitement and entertainment this season will bring as they enjoy three months of battle for the ultimate prize,” the organisers noted in a statement on Saturday.

Just last month, MultiChoice Nigeria treated fans to an exclusive reunion show and special pop-up channel on DStv and GOtv.

The BBNaija pop-up featured highlights from the previous two seasons – ‘See GoBBe’ and ‘Double Wahala’ and a special reunion show which featured the stars of the BBNaija Double Wahala season.

Although the third season might be over, the reunion show had fans reminiscing and supporting their favourite housemate for the last time on the show.

Since its maiden edition, BBNaija has produced many celebrities.

They include Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Gideon Okeke, Bisola Aiyeola, Efe Ejeba, Miracle Ikechukwu, Tobi Bakre and Cynthia “Cee-C” Nwadiora.

The last three Big Brother Housemates in the persons of Efe, Bisola and TBOSS have been given a plot of land each by the Chairman of Big Church Group, Olakunle Churchill.

Olakunle Churchill is the estranged husband of nollywood actress, Tonto Dike.

Ex-partner of Big Brother Naija Star, Bisola, Malcolm has given reasons he ended his relationship with the second runner up of the reality show.

He described reports on social media that he abandoned Bisola at the altar as lies, adding that they separated because of some personality traits that could not agree.

Malcolm in an interview with the Punch noted that there was no marriage between them as reported.

Reports had it that her baby daddy, Olanrewaju Malcolm, dumped her on their wedding day at St. Leos Catholic Church, Ikeja, Lagos, some years ago.

But Malcolm said: “It is a big fat lie that I dumped Bisola at the altar; there was nothing like that.

“In fact, I’m still looking for the person who wrote that story online because it is malicious.

“We split because we had some personality traits that could not complement each other and there was never any marriage.”

When asked about her conduct and relationship with Thin Tall Tony while in the house, Malcolm said, “I think she was able to go there, represent herself well and also showcased her talent.

“She is a grown woman and whatever she did on the show is her business.”

“She was lively and full of fun while in the house and I guess that’s what viewers want.

“I have always known her as a very talented person and she always goes for what she wants. In fact, she had been in reality shows before Big Brother.”

“Our daughter, Leyla hasn’t really said much about the show, but “naturally, she’s happy that her mother won,” he added.

 The Big Brother Baby Boom! returns to Ghana as reality TV star, Kacey Moore and wife Celestine welcomes their second child -A Baby Boy named "Moore".

The couple welcomed their bouncing baby boy two days back at a private hospital in Accra-Ghana and the star, Kacey yesterday expressed his bundle of joy with the fans on Instagram where he shared some photos of his Boy, 'Moore' and he captioned;

"Sunday Vibes with little Mr Moore......This is why I smile." He wrote.
